DITTECHNO provides digital services including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, design, and related consulting services. The specific scope of services will be defined in individual project agreements.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Make payments according to agreed terms

Intellectual Property

DITTECHNO retains ownership of all proprietary tools, methodologies, and pre-existing materials used in providing services. We grant you a license to use these materials solely for the project purposes.

Your Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project, excluding any third-party materials or our proprietary tools.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • A deposit is required before work begins
  • Progress payments may be required for larger projects
  • Final payment is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

Project Changes

Changes to project scope after agreement may result in additional costs and timeline adjustments. All changes must be agreed upon in writing.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues after project completion.

Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as search engine rankings, conversion rates, or revenue increases.

Limitation of Liability

DITTECHNO's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client pays for work completed to date
  • DITTECHNO delivers all completed work
  • Confidentiality obligations continue

Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access
  • Interfere with website functionality

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where DITTECHNO is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
